With a BA Honours degree in Fine Art, I’ve always loved pushing creative boundaries—experimenting with edible sculptures and crafting interactive, thought provoking artwork. My background in fine dining pastry has honed my attention to detail and deepened my appreciation for unique, refined flavours.
