We had some garden work carried out by Edward & his team … very polite and hard working .. would definitely recommend & will be having them back thanks guys

Edward& his team worked for me this week I highly recommend this team they are an amazing team of lads very professional all work was carried out to the highest of standards

I dont really know where to start; if i could have left no stars I would have done - such was the nightmare of my experience with this company. It all started seemingly positively when Edward and his sidekick brother Stephen attended my property to quote me to remove 2 conifers down to stump level.

They seemed very keen and they gave me a quote there and then undertaking to start the work the very next day. They promised the earth (complete satisfaction). On the basis of this I cancelled all other appointments for others to quote and accepted Steve's offer. Thats when the nightmare started. Later that evening I received a phone call from Steve to adise that his chipper was faulty and needed repairing; consequently they would not make it on the Saturday as promised but would turn up on Monday. I thought "these things happen" and said OK. Anyway first thing on Monday morning I received a text message again from Steve stating that his chipper would not now be fixed until Thursday; again I said "fine"

Lo and behold, they arrived on Thursday, deliberated for a few minutes then announced to me that they would be unable to carry out the work for the agreed price. Steve in particular became very aggressive and offensive when I reminded him that we had an agreed contract. In the end I had to ask him to leave my property and the contract was terminated.

I am pleased to state t hat I have since engaged an alternative company to carry out thid work and the experience counldnt have been more different - they have integrity, are polite, transparent courteous - all the things lacking from E and S.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone and would go further to advise - USE THEM AT YOUR PERILE. TO CALL THEM COWBOYS WOULD BE AN INSULT TO COWBOY TRADESMEN. More...

we did not ask for anymore money and we were not asked to leave we said we would not do it because you was rude and aggressive towards me and my team My wood chipper did break down and i did have to wait for it to get fixed but the reason why we did not work for you was that you was rude to my team and spoke to me and my team with a attitude and no respect and we do not work for people like you and i recommend no other team does because you are a rude man and very disrespectful

These lads cut 2 trees down for me today and did a great job they they are very friendly and nice lads I highly recommend them and I would use them again with our doubt we'll done lads

Edward and his brothers offered a fantastic service !! I honestly cannot praise these guys enough . For the man hours it took to remove the two ginormous trees I had and the risk they took they deserve 10/10 stars.

'prompt' quote. and then booked and cancelled appt for more than 4 times by using 'funny' excuses - 'truck has problems', 'forgot the appointment', 'buddy broke his arms'. .. and keep promising the next appt. he lowered the quotation to show apologies, it is the evidence to think twice if the quote from this person is trustable. Edward came and gave a clear quote. Took four big trees down and then did a further 9 smaller trees and treated the stumps , as I was so pleased with the team. They all worked extremely hard especially Levi. Cleared up after themselves.

Took the job for an agreed Price of £550 to take the tree to a stump. On the day said it was bigger than they thought, even though he had visited and seen it prior to quoting. Fabulous job done, taking a large amount off the top of a row of 17 conifers.
