Took the job for an agreed Price of £550 to take the tree to a stump. On the day said it was bigger than they thought, even though he had visited and seen it prior to quoting. Steven and family / colleagues came this morning to take off the tops of some very tall fir trees at the back of my garden. The team were personable, polite and very friendly, with regular updates on ETA by text message and doing a really good job at a very fair price. In fact I gave them extra as the neighbours were complaining about overhang from the trees into their garden, so Steven kindly trimmed the sides of one tree, as well as the tops. Not completely transparent. Arrived late on two occasions. Said they would work two days but only spent 1 day on our garden which required alot of clearance. Certain areas of the garden still very messy and not clear. A mess through my side entry was also left. Nonetheless it was a hard job so appreciate the efforts but wasn't left completely satisfied as felt job was rushed towards the end of the day. I did not get what I had pictured.

Slightly pushy when asking if I was happy. When i'd say what i was unhappy with. I would just be persuaded otherwise with reasons for why they should leave it that way.
