DW maintenance/locksmith services

Came round and tried sorting the window however he couldnt repair it and then left and I am unable to close the window. Someone has tried breaking in about 15 minutes.

Dilon was fantastic, changed 3 locks for me even though one of them was difficult to open in the first place. Good communication, even arranged for new locks and went out of his way to exchange a faulty lock from the supplier.

Replaced our whole lock mechanism including handle on front door, did a good job everything is working great, took longer than expected but I understand the parts may have been hard to get, nice to get three keys with new lock

Initially when Mr Ward came and commenced looking at the lock said he did not have the right size and went off to obtain one. He then removed the existing lock and put in the new one and charged me £160 which I paid by online payment and did However when I tried to open the door in which he had put the new lock, it would not open. I called him, left a number of messages informing him abut the problem but did not get any response at all and have not had any repayment of the £160. As it was essential for the door to lock, I found another locksmith who informed me that the so called new lock was the wrong size and also the the plastic fitting needed attention - as the 'replacement lock installed by DW had caused problems.
I would urge anyone who thinks of using DW DO NOT ! More...

This is news to me at no stage did i receive any calls from you and as a matter of fact the payment wasnt made till the next day if i remember correctly so if the door did not work why pay the next day , if there was a issue i would of sorting it no problem at all

It was 100 pound to gain entry which i did then as i explained to you wife you lock was old and rotten and needed a new which i supplied and fitted for 150 pounds 👍🏼
