From start to finish I have found to be friendly, professional and understanding. I received a quote very promptly and had all my many questions answered. We were in the middle of work being done at home, so I asked if we could postpone fitting until the work we expected to take about 4 weeks was competed. It actually took 3 months. Dale said that was no problem, we were not hassled to get the work done at all. As soon as the work coming to an end Dale we were able to schedule fitting in.
The person who came, I think his name was Scott, arrived on time,
was friendly and put us at ease, explained what he was going to do etc and got on to do the job with very little intrusion and no mess what so ever.
He then guided us through how the app works, with very clear easy to follow guidance.
The quality of the images are so much better than I expected them to be, especially the night time ones, the colour images and sounds are excellent.

After reporting a fault you are telling me you visited the site which the problem was network issues, you have never communicated with me about any site visit you made,it is a technical issue and not network which you have even never visited as you say. I called yesterday and realised the competition has blocked my mobile number which I use to call tried with my other number and it came through and your call centre saying you have no one who deals with complaints. Dale the one who sold the package rang me on my personal phone on WhatsApp threatening me he's told me not to ring the company again after selling and paying for a product which has 3 years warranty, as I told him the call will be recorded he quickly hanged up, what kind of unprofessional behaviour is that. You have to come and pull your cameras off and provide me with my refund as am or I've been in contact with the police and been advised to take you to the trading standards. More...

Worst company I’ve ever had ,I've had issues ongoing since the installation at the end of January and no help after calling and speaking with loads of their staff and most of them seems to know what's going on. They are deceptive company and the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. Don’t waste your time. Good Morning Samual Thank you for review, having dealt with complaint personally I'm sorry you are still having issues but as previously explained to you on a number of occasions the problem is clearly with your internet orovider, engineers have attended site FREE of charge on 3 seperate occasions, the last time with with test equipment which proved there were network issues, we have advised you to speak to SKY with the data we have provided you, we have commented to helping you with a problem that we cannot be held responsible for, we do not provide your broadband connection, as previously suggested we are prepared to attend site with SKY to help your resolve this situation Please contact our support team to arrange this visit Kind Regards

Had my system installed about 3 years ago, recently had an issue with one of my cameras failing. Contacted Dale who let me know an engineer would be coming out first thing the next morning. Engineer came just as promised first thing in the morning and fixed it. He was brilliant, thankyou very much your a brilliant company. I appreciate you coming out at such short notice. I Rang Dale, from the list off Bark, he was the only one who was honest enough to say over phone it would cost x amount no need to come and quote you (another expense) 2 cameras will cost you x, 3 will cost you y, I like that, we arranged a day and time over the phone, Scott his engineer was there at arranged time, put them up, a very professional job, I would recommend Dale

Had a fault on one of the cameras, which has being up for several years, rang Dale up, he said it wouldn't be a problem, one of his men came out the same day to replace the defective camera , the chap was very polite and helpful, asked the if the camera was positioned right, I was very impressed with the service, I will definitely use Dale again and would highly recommend his company.

Shocking company avoid at all costs. Faulty equipment but Dale will blame it on everything else other than his equipment. He comes across as loud and intimidating resulting in my partner not been comfortable with him been in the house while she is on her own there . I have said I’m available on the weekend for Dale to come back and try to sort the problem, this was after not hearing anything for 4 weeks, but he has said that is not possible. So I’ve asked for it all to be taken out and won’t be using them again. Dale also tried to imply the only reason we had them installed was for when we was on holiday. Hi Dean Thank you for review, I will raise this as a formal complaint and investigate the situation for you Kind Regards The Support Team Good Evening Mr Titmarsh Thank you for your patience with regards to the complaint that was raised last Thursday. Having interviewed both engineers in depth who were involved with your installation and the manufactures Tier 2 Technical support representative we now have a good understanding of the situation You raised an urgent inquiry on the 23rd July, Dale promptly called you to discuss your requirements, you explained you had just moved into a new property and you had some security concerns due to you having some high value belongings stored in you garage and that you were going on holiday at the end of the week, at this point Dale agreed to move some jobs around to accommodate your request, the installation was confirm for the afternoon of the 26th Dale and Scott turned up 26th at 1.00pm on time as agreed. The start process of all installations is to agree cameras and DVR locations and cable routes, this point you said you wanted all cables to be hidden in the cavities of the walls of the property, it was explained to you that this was not possible due to the cameras positions you wanted, you challenged Dales explanation based on a video you had seen on TIK TOK, It was further explained that even if the property was a new build it would still be a challenge trying to feed cables between the face bricks of the property and breeze blocks behind plastered walls, with the age of your property approximately 30 years old it would make the task impossible, at this point you were given the option to cancel the job, the tone of the response was aggressive which was witnessed by scott, you pointed out some old Ariel cables and said you didn't want any more, to defuse the situation Dale said he would be happy to remove anything that was not in use, Scott spent the first 30 mins of the installation taking down not only any old cables but also removing a 12ft Ariel at your request. Over the next 3hrs the installation was carried out as normal, all cable Routes were hidden where possible. The final part of the installation was to connect the system to the TV, on doing this there appeared a very faint interference on one of the cameras, normal investigation was carried out checking termination of the camera, after doing this the problem was still there, it was at this point the engineers are trained to follow an elimination and isolation process which includes looking at system diagnostics, changing every component one by one, after doing all this and explaining to you what we were doing you became very irritated, Dale being conscious of this suggested a return visit to carry investigate the fault further, reluctantly you agreed for us to come back 2 days later, I tried to explain that very occasionally these kind of problems happen but rest assured we will get this resolved for you The next day in preparation of the return visit Dale discussed the problem with our in house technical director Ben Guest who has over 10 years experience with this product Ben suggested raising a fault ticket with the manufacture's tech team who we have a long and excellent working relationship with, the issue was escalated to the tier 2 team. After several conversations they concluded we have done absolutely everything they would have advised us to do, at this point it was agreed that with the customers permission they would remote into the system the next day when we returned to site just so they could run some tests, it was also then suggested that a course of best practice we should check the customers own components such as the TV, the power supply, routers ect ect, The next day, both Scott and Dale returned to site, Mr Titmarsh agreed remote access, several checks were carried out by the manufactures tech team and they were satisfied the issue was not with the product, explaining this to you generated another aggressive change in attitude, the engineers then started the process of isolation, the first job was replacing the your leads, which had no impact, they then isolated your TV by using our test monitor which cleared the fault, we then connected your TV and the fault appeared again, we then disconnected your router and for the first time the interference had gone from your TV, again the engineers explained the situation and more or said you didn't care where the problem was it our problem to get it fixed, you then told the engineers they had to leave, at this point Dale tried again to defuse the situation and suggested he would remove the equipment which you replied no you were going on holiday in 2 days and need the system in place, not only did Dale and Scott feel uncomfortable with your behaviour but it appeared to be affecting your wife Dale then suggested that once you return from your holiday we would return with Ben with some rest equipment to hopefully prove we're the fault was. Again it was agreed that we would make contact on your return. Over the next few days as team we discussed the project situation with our account manager and agreed a plan for Ben and tech specialist to visit site, with various test equipment including a power analyser. On the 28th Dale contacted you to suggest a couple dates for Ben and the product people to return to site, again you became very aggressive and said the only time anyone can come site is a Saturday, which Dale explained that the manufactures tech people are only available Monday to Friday are flexible with times even though they would have to travel from london, your response was you didn't care, at this point Dale said I think the best thing to do is to move the system, your response to this was you would take it out and leave it outside on the front grass The engineers collected the system and immediately returned it the office were is was set up on the tech bent as a working system and has been running without any problem at all, we have agreed to sent the equipment back to the manufacture for further evaluation and testing. Mr Titmarsh as a director of DVS I'm comfortable with the way every member of our staff has conducted them selves with this situation, they are a hard working team who strive to provide a first class experience.

I opted to use DVS for my cctv instalation.
I spoke to Dale who described the cameras he suggested and within a few days they were up and working.
Phil was the engineer who did the insulation very professionally and politely.
There were a few issues but Phil soon overcome these and left me with a set of 4 cameras all working. GREAT.
There was a problem with my date display but one phonecall and Phil was back and solved the problem.
