D&S property maintenance

I wish to cancel my previous review, as the work Declan carried out to our gutter did not comprise of lead which was what we paid for. It comprised of partial lead work and partial plastic material which has since cracked and split resulting in the making the job a waste of time. It was only done last October 2020 and only lasted until May 2021. Declan has refused to come back out and stated that it is a new problem. I have had to get another contractor to fix the job. I am still waiting on work to be finished sided edging and grouting on step also they have not painted small gate which I paid them £120. To do .And have left all their rubbish in front garden they started slabs on Nov.2nd i havent saw them for two week's today. More...

You haven’t see me for two weeks because me and my partner is self isolating and don’t want to pass anything onto your mother I will be there Monday to finish it off

Can't comment on quality of work as I am waiting for them to start. Due to covid, this will not be for a few weeks. Have already paid half the fee for materials.
