What do you love most about your job?
First and foremost the most important thing that Drops2You takes pride in is having the ability to provide efficient courier service to our customers and clients. When being in the courier industry, we take pride in knowing we're helping businesses and individuals with getting their packages delivered in a timely and efficient manner. This can range from being same-day delivery for company or personal oriented deliveries to delivering sensitive packages that requires delivery in perfect condition, at Drops2You we take pride in providing reliable and efficient service. This has allowed us to build strong relationships with our clients and receiving praise and their growing trust is what makes us love our job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration behind starting Drops2You stems from wanting to start up a van company that offers courier service that provides efficiency and reliability for your everyday delivery service for both business and personal level, but also having the main focus of taking pride in customer care. This is something we told ourselves that customer's commitment will be the defining drive behind our business and made that our companies ethos. Our passion and interest in logistics, sustainability and customer satisfaction was the driving factor to start our business with these core values.
