Having taken time to understand your requirements, I took great care in my dealings with the railway stakeholders to explain exactly what we needed and they were very accommodating. Their flexibility allowed me to capture the best images for you. As an experienced commercial operator, I find there is often a way to get things done by talking to the right people in my network so the refusal of less experienced operators to take on a tricky project just makes me try harder! I wanted some aerial photographs of our house - we live near an airfield and I wanted to make sure that everything we did complied with the various regulations surrounding drone photography and I was impressed with James' attention to detail in this respect. The resulting photographs were easy to download, crystal clear and there was plenty of them including a few shots of the surrounding countryside from a considerable height - which weren't necessary and I hadn't asked for but which nevertheless were a nice touch - thanks. I Booked Dronesmart Global at short notice for a distribution centre video and photoshoot. James was brilliant from the outset, he responded to my Bark request within minutes of posting it, asked all the right questions about the location, video quality and format required, and got a quote over just as fast. His quote wasn't the cheapest, but I was so much more confident in using him due to the diligence he put into the initial calls and quote.

At the job itself, he arrived on time and carefully set up the drones to meet the spec we had discussed, then very professionally and skillfully carried out the work, getting the shots I wanted and also suggesting additional ideas which turned out great.
