After over 20 years in my old job role, I found myself in a rather unenviable position of having to apply for a new job.
Obviously, the whole process, the C.V. requirements and job application process in general had changed massively since I’d had to do this process previously and I found myself a little overwhelmed and even lost by this new, unfamiliar and somewhat daunting landscape.
However my friend recommended Donnan Coaching services, who helped me navigate the journey with lots of very sound advice through some online sessions regarding both applications and interviews, and then completed the process by producing a very polished and extremely professional looking C.V..
Throughout the whole process Paula was professional and very knowledgeable with regards to interview techniques, question responses and general advice regarding the whole process and as a direct result of this I was able to get employment in my desired field again very, very quickly. Very impressed with the whole process – would recommend to anyone in need of career advice and use again if needed in heartbeat.

What inspired you to start your own business?
My journey in career guidance began at TWL Training Ltd, where I coordinated training programmes and supported learner development. This experience sparked my passion for career coaching and led me to South Eastern Regional College as a Participant Development Coach. My dedication to empowering others, combined with my practical experience and academic knowledge, inspired me to start my own business.
