We started this business back in 2010 when we first tried to employ our own domestic cleaners and domestic cleaning companies after their first child's birth. They realised that maybe many people like themselves weren't getting the more flexible service they wanted or deserved. So in the summer of 2010, they decided to start their very own domestic cleaning service.

We are the only domestic cleaning company with a WRITTEN QUALITY GUARANTEE. We will fully manage the service for you, provide you with an experienced, reliable and insured housekeeper to come on the same day and time each week and even offer you a second cleaner if the first disappoints. And, if you are still not happy, we will terminate the service and refund your money.

We are taking actions to protect our housekeepers and our clients as far as possible during the COVID-19 outbreak.

We are in constant contact with all of our housekeepers and ask them and yourselves to take all the precautions you can. Our housekeepers are testing twice a week and wearing PPE when working.

We have asked our cleaners to inform us immediately if they or anyone in their household displays any symptoms.
We have always tried to ensure that the same cleaner attends to the same clients each clean and that our cleaners only use the clients cleaning materials to prevent cross-contamination between homes.
