I've been working with Dom for around 14 years now. In 2006 I had an accident while hiking and broke my left tib and fib and right heel. After being put back together and having lots of physio I met Dom and started working with him initially as a way of continuing my rehabilitation. Dom took into consideration what my limitations now were and has always developed programmes that I can do. If we try something and I physically couldn't do it, or was of no benefit, then he would figure something else out that I could do and get the same benefit out of which is one of the many reasons I enjoy working with Dom. It may have been a long time ago, but I'm in much better shape and a whole lot stronger than in all those years ago and my limitations are much less than all those years ago thanks wholly to the patience and thoughtfulness of Dom and his approach to training me. Dom has been coaching me for 2 years. It is the best decision I have ever made, as Dom is extremely knowledgeable, and he has helped me recover from various past injuries.
He has really enabled me to make tremendous progress, and I am now the strongest and healthiest I have ever been. I can now squat, bench and deadlift much more weight than I ever thought possible, pain-free!!

Dom is extremely knowledgeable and has developed a wonderful program to support my running whilst preparing for my first marathon, he continues to do so for the next one and hopefully will do for any races I sign up to in the future!
I feel so much stronger than I did when we started and learn more about my body and how it works every session! Our sessions are always a perfect mixture of getting me stronger to prevent injury and reacting to any niggles that have come up/whatever my body needs.

I did not need to lose weight but was extremely unfit, never having been to a gym before.
This happened 4 years ago and I am still going once or twice a week. Dom was very patient, kind but pushed and encouraged me enough to improve week by week. I feel better mentally and physically with stronger arms, legs, core and balance. Hopefully he will never leave Manchester!

I cannot recommend Dom enough. After years of sloppy, inconsistent training with poor form I was riddled with niggling injuries and imbalances.
Dom has effectively reset me and ironed out my numerous mobility issues and taught me how to lift properly.
Since working with Dom my strength has improved significantly and most importantly my lifts are performed with correct technique thanks to huge increases in mobility.
If you want to lift properly and get stronger Dom is absolutely the go to guy.
