Sadly we had a very poor experience. We wanted a dog walker to come and walk our young dachshund but we’re constantly let down with last minute notice.
The dog walker was seen by me and my colleague (as I work across the road) carrying my dog to the park on two occasions. He is a dachshund and there was no back support whatsoever when they were carrying him. One of the things we wanted was for them to actually walk our dog as he was a little stubborn at first and this did not help at all if you carry the dog everywhere.
They also still have our keys despite numerous attempts for us to request them back which is just shocking. They offered us another dog walker but the service is so dire and they offered zero apologies for always cancelling (resulting in issues with my workplace!) Avoid, much better dog walkers in the area for sure!!
