Without a doubt the best groom my dog has had. She looks beautiful - other places I’ve taken her have been a bit hit or miss especially as she has an unusual coat! She came out looking exactly as I had asked, and more than that she was so happy she didn’t want to leave! She kept trying to run back to cuddle and play with the staff! That made me so happy because she wouldn’t have done that if unless she’d had a good time and as a dog who doesn’t enjoy bathtime I couldn’t believe how much she didn’t want to leave the dog spa! Brilliant! Brilliant! Brilliant! Our first ever trip to, despite having dogs previously, as well as our pups first ever trip to a dog spa. I was nervous, the dog less so but it was new for her, but my goodness it was a beautiful experience. This is a clean, professional looking grooming parlour who's owner Janelle passed my suitability test by saying hi to Penny my dog first. Off to a good start! I could also have watched the groom through the window if I'd wanted to but I didn't want to distract them so I just sneaked a few peaks and Penny, who I thought would be being difficult, was being really good. She came out looking great. The only thing I would have liked was for her to smell lovely like she did after her last groomer was finished. Hers was like a doggy perfume and smelled like baby powder, Penny smelled clean after the dog spa and I have no complaints but a nice smell would have been the icing on the cake. 🎂🐕. Staff obviously love dogs. Sophie groomed my Chihuahua and I was very pleased with the results and Rosie was very calm on pick up. I think it would be advantageous to the spa to have someone answering the phone although someone did get back to me. A lot of people searching a new groomer might just give up and try elsewhere. brought my pup here and unfortanetly he left looking exactly the same and was charged £25...I had to bring him home and trim him myself! wont be coming back here Update as I cannot reply to your comment: you left a big strand of hair under his eye which we had to cut back as it looked terrible (unfortunately I didn't think to take a picture). It was quite evident he could have done with a slight trim around his face in general but all you did was his eyes. It was my wife who collected him but if it was me it would have been a different outcome! We were late arriving as we could not locate the store, that has nothing to do with the lack of service our pet received so don't try to use this as an excuse. More...

I first went in for some advice on food as our Labrador puppy wouldn’t eat her food and I was getting really worried, I was recommended the mckinnells dry food, Casha loves it and is so healthy! I highly recommend! 😊

Love the dog store, we get our dog food from there and have done since she was a puppy. She gets groomed there every couple of months and always loves going in! Highly recommended.
