They owe me money and wont pay me despite saying they would. Now they are just ignoring my communication. All of their staff which I came across are off-shore so communication is difficult. I was with them for 5 years and at the end of it I realised how bad they really were. The worst accountants I have ever come across. Account manager would change every so often, with no continuity. They simply did not understand how to do my accounts and left it in a mess every time. They would always do my returns on the last day possible, therefore it would be rushed every single time, with major errors. When I raised raised a complaint about my accounts always being late, they responded by more than doubling my fees. Obviously, with such a bad service, I didn't accept the fee increase and moved on to a better accountant. At this point, I had already paid them for work that hadn't been done so they offered a partial refund which was not significant enough to cover the outstanding work. They still have not paid what they offered and are ignoring me. I am now in the process of taking legal action to recuperate my losses. More...
