Dan and Sam arrived very quickly on being told of the leak in my roof - and rapidly diagnosed the problem, showing me first-hand the root cause, which gave me a lot of confidence in their experience. Explaining both a short-term fix and a long-term solution, they gave me prices for both jobs. The prices seemed reasonable and fair, given the danger-premium on roofing work. I could tell they were trying to keep costs down for me as much as possible, which was appreciated. The work was carried out promptly, and in testing conditions, (frost in the mornings), they completed the job - a smart, clean finish and no leaks since, despite heavy swirling rain. They even updated the look of the roof, having to remove the old concrete verges in the course of the work, and replacing them with well-chosen modern plastic verges.Both are very friendly and knowledgeable, making a lot of effort to keep disruption to a minimum.I'd gladly recommend them to anyone with a roof/guttering problem! Absolutely brilliant - so far I’ve had my fascias done as well as repointing on the chimney and replaced the flashing. They cleared the gully for me while they were up there which I was very grateful for. Very happy with the standard of the work and excellent value for money because they are trustworthy, reliable, very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and I cannot thank them enough! I employed Dan to fix and clean my guttering and he did an excellent job. He had quickly spotted a problem on a previous visit and identified what needed doing. Even though only a small job he was happy to purchase the required materials which I needed and did the job very efficiently. As regards cleaning he is thorough and tidy and is always pleasant and jovial .
