This was an upgrade to an existing system. Cameras were swapped out for newer ones with high definition and the cables replaced. The team worked efficiently and all was left in a tidy condition in the end. I received a tutorial on the settings in DVR at the end so was able to set my own boundaries and notification events. Simar was even happy to take phone calls over the weekend and talk me through turning off the permanent lights which the new cameras have as an option. An extra job involved in installation of a video doorbell. This was not smooth as the bell would not link to my Wi-Fi but they persisted and eventually, after reloading the app, all things are now working perfectly. Great service from a very competent team.
