I am withdrawing my previous one star review and upgrading it to four stars. Over a two week period I phoned up, got a recording and left a message. In neither case did I receive a call back. After I left my one star review I was contacted and my problem was sorted. Emailed Digital Doctors about my sons lagging (his words) and slow desktop computer! John emailed explaining possible reasons and solutions to these issues, then arranged to visit to look at the PC within a day. John took the PC to give it a very good clean and brought it back the same day, reassuring me that the PC needed no updates/upgrades as yet, also explaining about possible future needs and options for the PC if and when needed.
