Healthy diet helps to keep you in good health and protects you against chronic disease. Poor nutrition may be a causal factor in the experience of low mood, and improving diet may help to protect not only the physical health but mental health

Help people achieve the health goals, becoming stronger emotionally as well as physically. It is a joy a love my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a personal trainer for 12 years and I realise that it is a contradictory messages and dangerous promises from social media and easily available places that will sell and promise a health outcome that is not real, and keep people believing that its their fault that the are not reaching their health goals and makes them feel disappointed and give up. So I decided to get back to university to do a Dietetics & Nutrition degree and really help people with my scientific knowledge and my drive to learn more about the gut.

I will call you either facetime or whatsapp video keep it very simple. First consultation will take approximately 45 min then after that will draw a plan that works for you, depending on your specific needs. I try to be flexible and I am approachable.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I meet everyone online so there is no need to worry about Covid-19

Weekly meetings (6 weeks), then moving to a every-other week then once per month, hopefully after 6 to 12 months you will not need me any more.
