Audrey been so supportive and encouraging throughout the coaching process. She listened intently to me, giving me the time and space to think, and work through my own thoughts.
She always asked challenging questions which made me think deeper and more intently and encouraged me to make an action plan early in the process.
This gave me the drive to work through individual next steps and break things down into small steps which then enabled me to make great progress between each session.

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy helping pople change their mindsets and believe in themselves and show them that nothing is impossible. Seeing others win and go beyond what they thought they could never do, reminds me that everything is impossible, until you believe it is possible!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My immense failures and disappointments over a number of years brought grave hardships and struggles, but inspired me to dream big whilst in the pit of poverty.
I failed in many ventures. especially when trying to find a job. I desperately completed hundreds of job applications, attended interviews, tweaked and changed my CV and was still unlucky.
During this time, my confidence grew and I decided that, “if I cannot find a way, I will make a way" and started helping unemployed people by showing them what I had learnt from my failures.
I started holding drop-in sessions in my local Library, where people flocked to have their CV's written and be coached on the Job Process. I saw the delight on people’s faces and the passion I felt whilst sharing my expertise and realised my failure was a pain-reliever to many people.

Clients should choose me because I have their interest at heart and am passionate to see their progress and learn of their success. I can align and empathise with their pain, struggle, being rejected and feelings of hopelessnes. Rejections can damage one's confidence and inhibit them from trying one more time, so this end, I would like to share my expertise to help make a difference in the lives of others.

I help people overcome their fears of answering tough job interview questions so that they can:-
1 - Deliver perfect answers.
2 - Sound professional and positive.
3 - Captivate the audience.
4 - Most importantly, captivate the interviewer.
Some people have a fear of answering job interview questions, so my role is to show clients how they can really grab the attention of the interviewer in the first 5 minutes of the interview.
You never get a second chance to make a first impression, so I help make my customer’s first impression, their best impression!
