The company provides cleaning and other support services, such as shopping and help with bed-making and similar chores, mainly for older people. The company matches the cleaner to the client to ensure that both are happy, and in my family's experience the cleaners have become friends as well as providing valuable support and company. Total waste of my time and money had to young girls rudely speaking loudly in there language they rushed smeared every surface didn’t clean floor properly simple cleaning that I had to go over straight after waste of money would never use again in fact I’ve had to pay another company so twice the money AVOID!!

I approached Diamond Home Support in Bude a year ago , hoping to arrange for my elderly and vulnerable in-laws to have their house cleaned. It was a difficult situation because we live 260 miles away and we needed to find someone reliable and trustworthy to do the job properly and to help put our minds at rest. I have to say, we couldn’t possibly have done any better as Karen and all the team at Diamond Home Support, Bude, have been absolutely fantastic in every aspect of the role. They have been very professional, flexible, accommodating, friendly and prepared to go the extra mile for their clients. It was a big step for my in-laws to have someone come into their home in this way but, from the very first time they met our cleaner from Diamond Home Support, they were won over by her kind manner and by the very high quality of her work.
