Very disappointed. I paid a lot for deep clean. I expected cleaning as everyone would do in their own house. Unfortunately I will have to spend additional hours finishing work after my full time work. I was embarrassed when I mentioned to potential tenant that I hired professional cleaners and she showed me dirt inside washing machine. She said she knows much better cleaners and most of them clean everything including oven, fridge and washing machine. I lost potential tenant. Responding to the company. On your website you have information that you are insured. It's misleading. Cleaning is hard physical work but it's not a rocket science and from customer perspective I can't see the point in overcomplicating things and writing several pages on what's not included as overall it's not including half of the house so what's the point in hiring company that can do half of work. Should I find another cleaning company now that's insured to do the rest? The issue is not only with what you classify as appliances but with other things as well. I attached another photos. This is cupboard after professional cleaning that was explained to me by cleaners can't be cleaned any more. 'potential tenant ' scraped this grease with her finger nail laughing so I came today with 'professional' equipment and cleaned this in 20seconds. What inspired you to start your own business?
“Our decision to start my Diamond Home Support came at a challenging time in my life, after being made redundant following 30 years in retail. Although it was a difficult moment, I chose to see it as an opportunity to pursue something I had always dreamed of—working for myself and making a real difference in people’s lives.
I was fortunate to have my husband, Jeremy, by my side. His knowledge of running a business, combined with his constant support, gave me the reassurance I needed, especially during those early months. After years of managing teams and organising my day-to-day in retail, I felt well-prepared to take on the responsibilities of running my own business. It’s always been in my nature to help others, and I find a lot of joy in supporting people, whether that’s through small acts or larger commitments.
That’s why starting a Diamond Home Support franchise felt like such a natural fit for me. It allowed me to do something that aligned with my values, offering services that truly make a difference to people’s quality of life. Helping others is what drives me, and I’m so proud of the company we’ve built and the people we’ve been able to help along the way.”

2. Telephone Consultations:
• We offer telephone consultations where we can provide advice and guidance over the phone for those who prefer remote support. Our office opening hours are between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
3. Advice:
• We can offer advice via phone consultations to help guide you through any queries or needs related to our services if your needs change. Examples of this are cleaner replacement, cleaner cover cleans if your cleaner is on holiday or off ill. Your cleaner can advise on products needed. We can advise on cleaning products we have used for areas that may need extra attention.

With our regar cleaning service you can make it as bespoke as you with.
The cleaners can clean the whole house from top to bottom, or you can clean rooms on rotation, ask cleaners to concentrate on specific areas. We can also offer, bed changing, ironing, and internal window cleaning.
