Very disappointed. I paid a lot for deep clean. I expected cleaning as everyone would do in their own house. Unfortunately I will have to spend additional hours finishing work after my full time work. I was embarrassed when I mentioned to potential tenant that I hired professional cleaners and she showed me dirt inside washing machine. She said she knows much better cleaners and most of them clean everything including oven, fridge and washing machine. I lost potential tenant. Responding to the company. On your website you have information that you are insured. It's misleading. Cleaning is hard physical work but it's not a rocket science and from customer perspective I can't see the point in overcomplicating things and writing several pages on what's not included as overall it's not including half of the house so what's the point in hiring company that can do half of work. Should I find another cleaning company now that's insured to do the rest? The issue is not only with what you classify as appliances but with other things as well. I attached another photos. This is cupboard after professional cleaning that was explained to me by cleaners can't be cleaned any more. 'potential tenant ' scraped this grease with her finger nail laughing so I came today with 'professional' equipment and cleaned this in 20seconds. We have recently signed up with Diamond Home Support. The experience so far i cannot fault from start to finish. The service has been exceptional and professional. Jeremy has explained everything in fine detail. He provided us with Heather, who we have fallen in love with straight away. She is a breath of fresh air and her knowledge and standard of cleaning is so high. Long may it continue.
