I made my initial enquiry at the Peterborough branch, and was contacted within a couple of hours. Within 24 hours the manager told me he had assigned a cleaner to me and that she would arrive at 9am the following week! No consultation as to what time of day would suit me, so I had to put it off until I was available and at a more suitable time to me. He also told me he had given her my phone number as she 'liked to introduce herself before starting'. I didn't get a call from her and, on the assigned day and time, she did not turn up! No call to explain why. I was not impressed so I decided to cancel the agreement for services as I was still within the 14 day 'cooling off' period. THEN I got a text and call from the manager saying he was 'sorry about the confusion' (there was no confusion!) But that his employee told him she had phoned me and Id agreed she could come next week instead! This was a blatant lie. She did NOT speak to me but I did find a missed call 2 hours AFTER she was meant to have turned up. But no message/voicemail. The manager asked if we could try again next week but I declined and said that I would like to cancel the services. What a disgraceful way to run a company, totally unprofessional and Im glad I cancelled the agreement as Id have had a person in my house who feels its ok to lie! More...

We had to have a change of cleaner in Middlesbrough. Thru 3 different monitoring systems we established a pattern of significant misclaiming for hours and poor quality of cleaning. With irrefutable proof I contacted the manager. No apology or real acknowledgement of difficulty. I have been a client since late 2023, the pricing is just right for me as I am a disabled pensioner. The lady who comes every fortnight is wonderful, does what she is supposed to do and then some, she has been my only one since I came to the company, I really do not know what I would do without her. Paying the company is by DD monthly, and paying Karen by bank transfer, easy. They always came on time and did a good job Unfortunately our cleaner was unable to continue working, so now we have to wait for diamond home support to find a replacement. We were really impressed with the initial and subsequent communication with Nikki at Diamond Cleaning in Rossendale. She found us a cleaner that was suited to what we required for our family. Our cleaner has been fantastic both on a personal level with members of the family (and our dog) as well as professionally. Was quoted £175 for a deep clean of a house that we have just moved into. After 90 minutes, the two cleaners informed us that they were leaving. The two rooms they were supposed to have cleaned were still visibly very dirty, barely cleaned at all never mind deep cleaned. Completely unacceptable standard for this price as amount of cleaning done could have been done in about 10 minutes which is ridiculous for £175. Also our shower door was broken during the visit. After leaving, my partner and i had to spend our Friday night cleaning the two rooms for hours after forking out for a deep clean. We tried to follow up directly with the company with photos but there has been no response to any of our messages or calls despite being highly responsive when making the booking. This company is a complete scam - avoid at all costs. Update 11/08/25 Hi Andrew, Thank you for trying to remove my comment by reporting me to TrustPilot before making any attempt to reach out to me. I have followed up to the email address provided with the details of our point of contact at Diamond Home Support who became completely uncontactable as soon as the money was handed over. Update 12/08/2025 Received a reply from andrew stating that he will be taking no further action, just telling us to contact our local franchise who have been ignoring our calls since Friday. I have used East Devon Diamond Homes on two occasions due to the necessity of undergoing an operation. Sue, the owner of the company, consistently exceeds expectations by attentively listening to your requirements and accommodating your needs to the utmost degree. Upon arrival of the cleaner, Sue proactively contacts you via phone or email to ensure that I am satisfied with the service provided. Initially, you have to allow the cleaner some time to familiarise themselves with your home; however, I was encouraged to provide feedback to the cleaner should you have any concerns if they arise, and the cleaner was committed to address my needs as I do have high standards. My expectations for cleanliness is high, and I appreciate a meticulous clean.
