By chance when searching for a plumber I came across Bark and Luke Ward who immediately arranged to come and assess the problem.
He came within a couple of days and sorted the original drainpipe issue. He also showed me that my front gutter was rotten to the core and needed replacing to which I agreed. He came as soon as he could, having ordered the
replacement gutter and whatever he needed. At the end of one day he had installed the new gutter , replaced all the rotten wood and painted it. I now have a smart front of house. Luke explained everything I needed to know and I had total trust and confidence in him.

Luke who is your main point of contact is polite & good at reassuring prospective customers that they’ll get a job well done.
I had 2 patios and front porch jet washed and sealed. Initially they looked great and the water was beading off them well so obviously sealed.
BUT a few months down the line the patio area that is used the most is pretty much back to square one. The green algae has reappeared and the water no longer beading when it rains or is cleaned. I specifically asked about how long the sealant lasted and was told 4 years!
Total joke of a so called company and in spite of my requesting they come back to look at their work Luke is very good at saying he will but just doesn’t turn up.
I really hope all the reviews on here are genuine and I’ve just been unlucky. I would not recommend Diamond Aesthetic Ltd as I think there a bunch of cowboys and would not use them again. Total waste of £400.

Fabulous company to work with, I have had my patio jet washed & partly relaid. They have also laid a wooden sleeper edging which has improved the front of the patio.
It wasn’t an easy job done on the hottest day of the year!
I’m delighted with the results, Luke & Dean were friendly, helpful & professional. Their attention to detail was impressive. I cannot recommend them highly enough!! Thank you! 😁

My patio has been transformed by Diamond Exterior!
I posted a job on Bark, booked Diamond that same day after liaising with Luke who was very helpful and professional.
Work was completed the following day by Paul and Luke also visited to check progress/assist.
My patio needed a good clean but my main issue was that it was covered in white lichen. Luke confirmed this would all be cleaned off using a chemicals and jet wash, he was true to his word and I could not be happier with the result!

Communication with Luke was very good before the job was carried out, whilst completing the job and also after the work was done. He turned up at the time he said he would and got straight on with the job. We had new guttering put on, down pipes replaced and a water butt installed although the work was completed a couple of weeks ago I decided not to review until it had all been tested by the British weather….
