It only took them half a day to complete the job which was a new install of four IP cameras cabling and recorder.

Never received refund, poor communication. I bought a website in March. A template design was used and there was little to no communication in the process of making the website. Fast forward to august and it STILL isn’t complete. I asked for a refund at the start of August but still haven’t had a refund, it’s the end of September now… Also only being refunded 50% because of the work done on the website which was never actually published and just used a template format. What do you love most about your job?
The love for my job is many things, there isn’t anything that’s very specific! Helping a customer get back up and running with their device no matter what it is gives me joy! If I can help I will, I will even go out my way to fix it if I know there is a way to do so, no matter if it takes time, it’s all about pleasing the customer and about their wants and needs. If we are not able to fix a device in a timescale in which the customer would prefer, we do not string them along as at the end of the day this is not what my company has been built into.
What inspired you to start your own business?
There is no right answer in this question, but it is a once in a lifetime opportunity to make a difference and build something of your own. Not to say that you can’t start multiple businesses of the original one up but starting your ever first one just gives you an exciting feeling like never before. I am a technician and know how to fix multiple devices, and so I want to help other people transition their lives and be able to learn how to do these things, even if they believe they are not capable; anyone is capable of anything if they set their minds to it.
Why should our clients choose you?
Your clients should choose us as Device Revive is a very flexible company, we have other structures when it comes to fixing someone’s device/s. regarding our flexibility we offer the option to travel to you if it is no longer than an hour’s travel, however we make exceptions sometimes if needed. We like to have this feature as not everyone has other options, or they do not have the accessibility to travel to us as we are based in Plymouth.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As COVID-19 is no longer an obligation regarding social distancing we do not have anything in place regarding this. However, if any customer we are going to visit or comes into the store we are happy to oblige on wearing face masks if this is something the customer would prefer. But this must be aligned prior to a visit if the customer requires this.
