The customer text asking what time we were arriving despite already having agreed a time. When we arrived at the job the customer became extremely abusive shouting and swearing. Nobody should have to work under those conditions thats why we left the job without starting work.

The guys did a good job, at a fair price, while being thoughtful about making a mess to the house (they needed to go through the house to get to the garden). I can recommend them, for sure.

Brilliant, efficient service and great outcome from the jobs assigned. Really happy with our choice of contractor that contacted us in our time of need and with the help of Bark! We now use them as regular supplier of ours and they are excellent to work with! More...

very hard working, left the garden neat and tidy, and will be using them fortnightly.

Initially was very promising, came to the house on time to quote, walked the gardens, said they'd be in contact with a quote later. That was 10 days ago. Since then I have voice mailed, texted, called them from both mobile and landline numbers and all I have had back is 1 voice message on my mobile saying They'd missed a call from me and who was I!!! Hi Jon unfortunately I have lost my phone and all my customer numbers. You could have also contacted me by email once again I can only apologise.

Got back to me within a few minutes. Came to look at the garden and gave quote. Agreed price and the work was done within 48 hrs. Very happy and will use again.

Turned up once....supposed to be here today?? Erm....vanished.
