Nikki invited us to try out searching techniques will out little lad, I didn’t initially give it much thought but we went along, very surprised my Chewie. Really loved searching for long and indicating. Absolutely great shown how to prepare them and us, lots of friendly group engagement and encouragement, chewie is super engaged yet another level of learning that I never thought we needed, he is do tired when he gets home. I have known Nicola for some 7 years and was firstly introduced to her by a mutual dog trainer, whilst I attended training sessions with my eldest dog.
Over the last few years, it has been great watching Nicola grow her dog training business and I am delighted that I have been able to join her regular training sessions with my youngest dog, who is now almost 3 years old.
We have attended and enjoyed many training sessions and workshops to date, such as a Calmness workshop, a Confidence & Optimism workshop, Lead & Recall, with follow on classes. More recently, we have been practicing different levels of scent work and combination classes, which have been really enjoyable. Nicola always makes the courses fun so the humans get as much joy out of them as the dogs do.
Nicola is a very calm and conscientious person and really cares about her clients and the dogs. She offers lots of helpful tips and advice and I have no hesitation in recommending her.

1-2-1 Puppy training face-to-face or online
A 5 week program tailored to suit you and your puppy! We cover all those common puppy issues such as biting, toilet training, sleeping and how to do socialistion right!
Reward, games based puppy training- it is kind, fun and effective for all. Games for focus, calmness, disengagement, proximity and confidence, just to name a few. Training for these skills will help your puppy towards all that life has to offer!
Fun Scent-work Classes- New course starting Tuesday 14th January 6.30pm
Scent-work has endless benefits! It promotes calmness in our dogs as sniffing is an activity they find calming as well as enjoyable. It promotes confidence and it provides mental enrichment for our dogs, giving them an outlet, letting them be a dog in a fun, safe and controlled way. It boosts the relationship between you and your dog.
Puppy classes
Four weeks of life skills in our group class. Skills such as focus, calmness, being able to disengage from what the environment has to offer and focus back on you. Skills to boost proximity, so your dog sees value in staying close to you, whether on lead or off lead!
We then do 6 weeks of scent-work to promote calmness, confidence and to give your dog an outlet that is fun and lets them be a dog! And to give you and your dog a great bond!
1-2-1 Scent-work or Gundog Sessions
If you enjoy a 1-2-1 set-up, a personal touch and are looking for a fun and beneficial bonding activity to do with your dog, then this is the program for you!
