I have really enjoyed working with Dechlin, he has taught me so much since I started with him. From how to complete different exercises correctly to teaching me how to work on my diet in a way that is comfortable for me, he really has been there every step of the way and I feel he cares about my results just as much as I do.

I would highly recommend Dechlin Johnstone PT for anyone who is looking to actually see real results.

The Strength & Longevity Protocol is the ultimate vehicle to get you on the path towards your body composition and health goals. We will take the areas you need to work on and develop and build them from the ground up, one step at a time. I have a dedicated training app where I will send you your weekly workouts and a premium members area where you will find supporting coaching materials that go hand in hand with the program. We will also conduct a weekly check in here to ensure you are on track and we can make any necessary adjustments as we go on. The main idea of the program is to ensure you are never alone, never guessing and always have a checkpoint in sight and have me in your corner every step of the way. Let's do this!?

Consistency. No BS short cuts, gimmicks or fads will get you the result faster than putting in the work and focusing on the goal. Shiny object syndrome is the reason many people do not achieve what they want as they can't stay focused long enough to reap the rewards of their efforts.

I love seeing the "penny drop" moment when everything falls into place and makes sense for my clients. I absolutely love when people fall in love with the PROCESS instead of the outcome and can make lasting, healthy changes for the better!

There are too many people out there preying on people who are maybe outside of fitness and unable to spot a snake oil salesman. This is why my programme does NOT rely heavily on ANY niche products like a Fat-Blaster 3000 or MuscleGainProMaxTabs, but relies on CONSISTENT, relentless execution of the basics to achieve the goal you set for yourself and to be proud when you get there!

The Strength and Longevity Protocol is my signature coaching program and is available anywhere in the world. Clients may wish to upgrade the Protocol to add in-person sessions in the gym with me to accelerate their knowledge and understanding of the exercises, methodologies and the program itself, however this is not essential. It is mostly people new to the gym or new to following a plan who opt for this, someone who has experience in the gym is not as likely to require the extra sessions as the program offers a wealth of support within.

Services

This is my signature program, designed to kickstart your way to your physique and health goals. We will work together for 90 days initially, setting realistic goals and showing you how to eat, exercise and socialise in a way that won't hammer your progress. The main purpose of The Strength & Longevity Protocol is to build a solid foundation and ingrain positive healthy habits into your life and make them as non negotiable as your work or other big commitments in your life.

We will work together to set you a realistic fat loss target for the next 12 weeks. The key to sustainable fat loss is managing hunger levels and setting appropriate targets that won't leave you feeling ravenous come 8pm and we will explore options to make your fat loss journey as efficient as possible. No foods off limits, no negative self talk, just pure support and raw results.
