Decford trained me for a number of years, and it only came to an end because I moved job and location. He did an amazing job with me - he took me from doing no exercise at all and with poor nutrition and got me in shape for my wedding. I went from around 80kgs to just under 70kgs in a short space of time, building my strength, mobility and flexibility throughout. His advice on nutrition was practical and sound. He kept the sessions interesting and mixed up the exercises, teaching technique and form throughout. He's supportive and got me to feel more confident and motivated. What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business because it gave me the freedom to help my clients the way I truly wanted to as in a lot of cases you have to follow the protocol and rules of a company.
Running my business the way I like allows me to focus on personalised, results-driven programs that align with their unique goals. I wanted to create a space where I could fully dedicate myself to their success and make a real, lasting impact on their lives. (20 years now)

Unfortunately I’m too busy with one to one clients. Also my passion is working with clients on a one to one basis. The only time I work remotely is when I’m on holiday as they will have access to their programs on my app.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In 2024/25 I prioritize my clients’ safety by maintaining high hygiene standards as a general practice regardless and adapting to any necessary health guidelines. Equipment is cleaned thoroughly before and after use. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can focus on their fitness goals with confidence and peace of mind.
