Never had a bad experience there so far. Only recently started using coaches to save some ££ from trains. Was there in mid September on a Friday afternoon taking a coach to Cambridge. Missed earlier coach with Flix so was trying to get the next one but as cheaply as possible and the most direct route. A really kind friendly attentive and extremely helpful staff member helped us to choose the best options for us. ie direct route , Flix or NE. She saw I was travelling with a person with learning disabilities. She showed us where to board the next coach after we brought our tickets. She went above and beyond. Victoria Coach Station has been my go-to for traveling to Stansted Airport since 2018, and I've always used the National Express buses departing from here. The station is well-organized and efficient, making the journey smooth and hassle-free. The services are reliable, and the staff is generally helpful.
