How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Taking the time to assess and prescribe exercises which are best suited to an individual’s unique anatomy, injury/training history & general movement capacity allows for not only efficient strength and muscular development but also improved movement quality and reduced incidences of injury. Structuring these exercises into a tailored programme which is easy to follow, time efficient and specific to the individuals training environment (equipment access & gym layout) makes it easier for clients to train on their own. When this is coupled with effective client support, trainees can not only expect to make great physical progress but also help build autonomy, confidence and an improved relationship with exercise and movement in general.

Continuing to learn and figuring how to best apply new concepts into practice.
Meeting interesting new people, creating rapport, and seeing them build competence and confidence in the gym.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to have more control over the process, so I could make decisions based on what I thought would be best for the client without having to navigate bureaucracy and politics.
