What do you love most about your job?
I love inspiring individuals and teams to take action and hearing about the results they've achieved.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After losing my sight after being diagnosed and treated for cancer of both eyes aged fifteen months, and winning 157 caps and 10 World and European medals, making me England’s most decorated blind footballer, I realised I could share the lessons I've learned and help people turn losses into wins.
