What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The secret to taking a great photograph? For me, it’s all about capturing a moment, not just a picture. Of course, things like lighting and composition are important, but the real magic happens when I make the subject feel relaxed and natural. Whether it’s a candid laugh or a quiet glance, those genuine moments always stand out. I’ve also learned that sometimes the best shots happen when I break the ‘rules’ or try something unexpected. So for me, it’s about being present and having fun.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
The first questions I always ask couples are about them – who they are, what they enjoy doing, and what makes them tick. It gives me a real feel for their vibe and helps me figure out which style of photography will work best for them. Getting to know my clients is key for me, and it always leads to more personal, meaningful pictures.

Challenging my creativity and capturing a couple’s special day is where I really get to shine. I always aim to make each wedding feel unique and personal to the couple, pushing the boundaries to make sure they have the most incredible photos to remember their magical day.
