What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is resolving conflicts. We often find ourselves dealing with conflicts among patrons, including arguments, fights, and other disturbances. Our role involves diffusing these tense situations calmly and quickly, using verbal persuasion and, when necessary, physical intervention to prevent violence and protect others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A genuine interest and passion for security and protecting people, property, and information is the driving force behind starting my own security business. I also have a background in law and risk management.
