What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about what I do is witnessing transformation. Seeing someone shift from self-doubt, fear, and uncertainty into confidence, clarity, and empowerment is truly incredible.
When a client has that "aha" moment - when they realise they’re not stuck, that they have the power to change, that they’re stronger than they ever believed - that's what drives me. It’s not just about helping people breathe better, think differently, or embrace discomfort - it’s about watching them reclaim their lives in ways they never thought possible.
I love that my work allows me to:

What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business was my own journey of transformation.
I’ve lived through extreme highs and lows - from the discipline of elite sport and the structure of the military to the chaos of mental health struggles, depression, and moments of deep darkness. I know what it feels like to feel lost, to question your worth, to be stuck in your own mind with no clear way forward.
But I also know what it takes to rebuild, reclaim your power, and create a life that feels aligned, fulfilling, and free.
I didn’t want to just exist - I wanted to live with purpose. And I wanted to help others do the same.
That’s why I created D.A.R.E. 2 Become - a coaching framework designed to help people Discover, Accept, Release, and Empower themselves into the life they truly desire.
I knew that working within someone else’s structure or business would limit my ability to do things my way - to integrate breathwork, mindset training, cold immersion, and deep transformation into one powerful coaching experience.
I wanted to create something real, raw, and deeply impactful - something that would not only change lives but give people the tools to sustain their growth long after they worked with me.
And so, Dare2Become was born.
It wasn’t about building a business - it was about creating a movement of transformation, resilience, and self-discovery.
And now, every single day, I get to do what I love - helping people break free from limitations, rediscover their true selves, and step into their power.
