I had no weight training knowledge when I started training with Dan, and he was patient and knowledgeable from the beginning, always making sure to explain the form and purpose of each exercise and answering all questions. PT is something I have been wanting to do for a while and then came Daniel, with his vibrant energy and enjoyable workouts. I really enjoy my sessions with him and he keeps me motivated and accountable for my goals. He checks in with me regularly in between our sessions and encourages me to stick to my fitness regime and nutrition and guides me with anything I need.

He is extremely approachable and has such a passion for what he does. I have only been working with him for a few months now, but can’t wait to continue my journey with him!

I’ve never really enjoyed working out in the gym but Daniel has changed that for me with our boxing training. He has consistently proven to listen to feedback on which exercises I am and am not enjoying and he can quickly adapt a session, if needed, to tailor to my needs on that day. It’s been really important to me that I can find a trainer who responds to my feedback, rather than delivering a rigid training plan, and Daniel has done exactly that. I’ve been training with Daniel for almost a year and I could not recommend him more as a personal trainer. He keeps the sessions professional but also very friendly at the same time and even checks in with you outside sessions to see how you’re making progress. Daniel is an amazing PT! I have never had a PT before because it sounds quite scary but Daniel made me feel such at ease from the moment I stepped into the gym . Daniel also helped me set my goals as I wasn't too sure what I wanted except to get fitter and stronger, he has so much knowledge and is really good at explaining everything. From our first training session I realized that Daniel is a real professional in his field, he knows how to teach! I really like his approach, we studied and improved my boxing technique, gradually adding more and more details. Only positive emotions and more and more motivation from each of our workouts! Daniel is also very attentive and immediately notices any inaccuracies in movement, which is extremely important and ensures constant progress in your workout.
It was very interesting and fun to train under his guidance. I look forward to continuing our training as soon as I get back to London!

Daniel Malcolm is the best PT I have worked with. Previously I have found it difficult to meet a PT that understood my own fitness AND nutrition challenges though Daniel has made my fitness journey not only bearable but also fun, enjoyable and most importantly sustainable. Already working together only 3 or so weeks with him, I have lost 10Ib and dropped half a dress size!
