I highly recommend Dan if you’re wanting to work with a true professional that knows his stuff. I first trained with Dan 10 years ago when I did his body blast course - the first bit of fitness training I’d done since my teens. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I get to know what works for my clients . Everyone is different no 2 bodies are the same therefore a bespoke approach is the key. I offer personal support Throughout the entire fitness journey both in-session and out so the client has a constant life-line and understanding of how to achieve their goals 

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Balance and sustainable eating is key for a great body inside and out. Forget Diets . I always say don’t start something that has an end . Small attainable goals are what get results and being consistent.
What do you love most about your job?
I love a good challenge. the fact that every clients requirements are different working with all levels and all types of clients to help achieve their weight loss or body composition goals. changing people’s lives seeing them happier and more confident is what makes me love what i do
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being my own boss has always been an aspiration of mine . I started out in the late 90’s as a fitness instructor working the gym floors and having to stick to rigid times and shifts . I knew from early on that this was not going to give me the flexibility I wanted to be a professional personal trainer and help people the way I wanted to . Fast forward 20 years and breaking away from working for a gym was the best decision of my life .
Why should our clients choose you?
Well, my feedback from clients over the years is that i go the extra mile and by that they mean i care about them and do everything i can to help them achieve results. Everything is bespoke to the client rather than a one size fits all approach meaning all of the workouts and nutrition plans are completely individualised so it works for that clients body type. I have also had over 20 years experience helping people achieve a better fitter healthier body therefore i believe i have what it takes to overcome any plateaus the client may have and adjust things as and when its needed. I also offer 24 hr support which is second to none so you as my client are never left in the dark and are able to contact me via email, text, skype at an agreed convenient time.
