What do you love most about your job?
Being able to save people money and improve their energy use, giving advice on cost effective measures to improve a properties energy rating.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having bought and sold houses in the past, which we then improved, making them more economical to heat. Then when needing an EPC, only to have someone pop in, take a cursory glance around, go away and write a half baked report, then charging you for the privilege. Made us realise that we care more about getting our service right and helping with advice when requested.
