Cleaned my windows very well including window sills the only thing I didn’t understand was they left windows wet and now it’s left water marks

Hi Nikki, we apologise for the water marks that were left on the windows. Because we are using a pure water system we do leave the windows wet and leave the water to dry naturally. As it was the first clean and the windows are quite dirty some water marks can be left on the window. For future cleans it shouldn't happen again and the windows should be left spotless.
