CTC Roofing

I have got a good quote for my flat roof as I had a tiny leak. Everything was perfect for a while and I was happy with the new roof. I had a 15 years guarantee for the material they used. A few months later a leak appeared (the same as before it was done!) CTC was contacted, they came out 3 times and had failed to fix it. Also, I was told the leak is from the neighbour's roof and it is not included in my guarantee. So basically I had a whole house roof replaced for no reason as I was at base point again. It took me another year to have this fixed by several other companies. Thanks for all the service. I will never use a company again which isn't local to me. As they were quite far I suppose it contributed to the issue and neglecting me. I was actually almost reported them to trade standarts. The only reason I did not report them because a lovely guy who worked for them passed away and I found this very tragic as we talked to him first and payed him etc. :( More...

Im sorry you was not happy with your service but yes this is all true, we did come out to you 3 times and explain to you that it was not the roof we had done for you that was leaking, we even had an electronic leak test done and found nothing, I tried to explain to you water was getting in to your neighbours roof and because the roofs were both joined with a concrete deck the water was leaking into your property, you told me to give your neighbour a completely new roof for free which was unacceptable as we had not done any work on your neighbours roof
