Crystal drives & damp roofing

Patrick contacted me ref cleaning gutters, I thought gutter cleaning was washing them out, he quoted a fare price, they came out, Micheal chatted to me, I also mentioned I needed some work done. He did a video a showed me the problems, first day he carried out work with his Team, we discussed other things that needed doing. We decided to get work done as they were just finishing another property and had scaffolding , and said I would get a discount, all sounded good. As far as I know work was carried out, they didn't use scaffolding and they didn't jet wash and clean up on second day. I wanted a receipt with complete break down on jobs and pricing for each repairs done. I finally got receipts no break down, as I questioned 2 things Mike said was in cost. The roof was swept, but not jet washed, however they sprayed too seal. Video after wasn't done for the extra work so I can't really tell what has been done. The Team was two other lads one being the leaders son, who did the fetch and carry. If I had got a proper break down of jobs completed, and everything done and promised, I would have given a better star rating. We have had one day of little rain so I can't say if repairs have worked. However it nice not having too sweep up moss that kept falling from roof. My gutter split in the joints because of the storm last week.

I only noticed it last night and I was so pleased that they come out straightaway next day in their van and they fixed my gutter perfectly, very professional in their work explained what they were going to do and even showed me photos from the top of the gutter after the job was done.

My neighbour who I spoken to about our gutters splitting, even got theirs done after seeing them working on mine. Great job well done. Thank you Patrick and team. More...

Train was due 07:44 on platform 1 and 07:43 changed it on speaker to be platform 3 and did not give time to allow people to cross over before train departed. Very poor communication overall

Crystal carried out repair works on my main roof which was leaking,they arrived at 8am and completed the work same day,very polite and explained what works needed doing and stuck to the quoted work.

We have waited 10 weeks for crystal drives & patios to come & do the paving work for our drive way. Definitely worth the wait sensible price would highly recommend thanks to Patrick and the team.

Not enough ticket machines to start with, no ramps or lifts so had to wait 30mins with my baby because we got stuck at the rail bridge crossing 10mins before our train was due

Good station, good access for disabled an prams, security staff are good they do their job, reason for 4 star an not 5 I will say is the announcement needs to be louder yesterday I was waiting at the platform but didn’t hear the announcement the train is leaving from the other side and I missed it had to wait 30 minutes for next train there needs to be better signs or announcements or something to improve

This is very unfair attitude of bus driver (73A 66 to tolbury asda) From Grace c2c time was 16:40 first I ask him are you going tilbury asda he said no hr was black African driver when I ignored by him then I approached to the green highways jacket staff senior c2c on the side road they were fine and costing 3_4 person one female also on the gray car having coffee and I asknyhem plz help me I'm permanent employe of Amazon tibury lcy2 and I want to reach asda tibury then I walk 10 minutes to amazon fullfilment center but he abused me and 4_5 people were there and he said to me you can't board without ticket I said to him the ticket machin has printing problem at the moment and I came from Basildon hospital A&E I had heart problem and I I'm on my schedule work o done my ECG and blood test just done and I'm going back to finish 18:30 So please I don't have my voilet in my pocket I left in locker in the amazon warehouse. But finally I went to cash point behind the bus stop but when I came back the driver just quickly turn off and in front of me he race the bus and ignoring me I was struggling to catch 3_4 cab driver too but nobody help me all ate witness I told them I came from basildon hospital plz let me take there I will pay you but no one belive me.
