What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is helping people turn uncertainty into confidence. Immigration can be one of the most stressful experiences in someone’s life; but being able to guide clients through it, simplify the process, and see them achieve life-changing outcomes is incredibly rewarding. I also love using technology to make legal support more accessible and transparent, so people feel empowered, not overwhelmed. Every success story I’m part of reminds me why I do this work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own immigration law firm because I saw a real need for legal support that’s both deeply personal and truly modern. As someone who’s gone through the immigration journey myself—and comes from a family with a long history of migration, I know how important it is to feel understood and supported. I wanted to build a firm that reflects those values, while also using technology to make the process clearer, faster, and more affordable. Starting CrossPoint Immigration was my way of combining heart, expertise, and innovation to better serve people navigating big life changes.
