Counselling at home is great. Less time to worry about travelling to make an appointment when you can do it in the comfort of your own home. Makes you feel more at ease to open up about things that are troubling you. Getting help for bereavement multiple times is always an incredibly brave thing to do when you feel the weakest you have ever known. Really pleased to hear that being in your home whilst taking about painful losses helped a little in what might be a daunting thing to do at first.
