Has been a positive from the beginning to the end, we had a lovely pleasant gentleman called Ian, he explained that it was his company showed us what all was in tailed into the work which we needed doing, which was loft insulation, he recommended foam spray as its more energy efficient, we agreed at a good price which wasn't the earth! Clean and tidy workmanship for cavity wall insulation .

Ian provided us with all the necessary information and benefits of Synthesia sprayfoam insulation. The existing loft insulation had been installed by the builders when the house was built 45 years ago and the insulation was well below the current standards. Ian carried out a thorough inspection of the loft including measurement of the moisture level which showed a higher than normal moisture level due to the inadequacy of the existing loft insulation.
His quotation was clear and precise and all questions were answered. The work was carried out on the scheduled date, with no mess, floor covering was provided. The contractors gave a good explanation about the spray process and how it will be carried out. The whole job was completed in a morning.
Ian visited the same evening to check on the work completed.
We certainly find the house is now warmer and the loft drier. Needless to say we are very pleased with the friendly and efficient work carried out by Ian and his contractors and are happy to recommend Cosy Home Energy Solutions Ltd.
