I would highly recommend Mark as a personal trainer, he is very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his work. I needed to lose a few pounds before my holiday and Mark was recommended by a friend, I enjoyed our sessions and he was very clear with what exercises were best for me to achieve my goal and also what diet would complement help me gain my ‘dream’ physique.
