I was feeling lost and lacking motivation and consistency and not seeing my goals being met with my personal fitness and body image. I decided to seek out help and I started to train with Conrad a year ago. He helped to give me confidence in myself back by helping to give me a routine teaching me the correct form and develop my knowledge so I was better off when I trained alone. Having trained with Conrad consistently since October 2021 I have seen significant increases in strength, fitness and overall health. He provides trailered sessions for my individual needs. A bespoke programme to facilitate my goal. And continuous support outside of our sessions.

Q&As

We start with a conversation, where we discover your goals and why you want to achieve them. Once we establish your goals, we then work collectively to come up with a plan which you will follow to make sure you are going to achieve your goals. I work functionally with training, building strength and getting you to move and understand the principles behind training. Your gaining understanding means you won't need me forever, and you will achieve your goals faster. We also speak about lifestyle and how important that is. Training with me, you will gain insight. You will learn how lifestyle choices will affect your life, and slowly but surely, we will change your lifestyle to the goals you want to achieve.

Adherence and consistency. If you're not happy, YOU NEED to change what you are currently doing. I help you do this by understanding your goals, weaknesses and strengths and working with you to put a realistic plan in place that you can follow.

I love helping people achieve their goals by educating and teaching them through the process rather than dictating it. This often leads to them understanding their body better, what works for them and how they can maintain this new lifestyle in the future. Getting fitter/stronger/leaner is a process which takes time, and there is constant learning. I also love meeting new people and learning what they have to offer. It's a symbiotic relationship.

I wanted to reach and impact as many people as I could the right way. When I help someone improve their lifestyle and reach their goal, I see how it affects them not only in the fitness aspect of their life but also in their personal and professional life. I also get to teach the knowledge I've acquired through the years, and they can then take that and help others or themselves in later life.

I can provide services both online.
I work on zoom or facetime. We will usually spend 5 minutes catching-up on how you've been getting on with the plan and then we will go through a workout, where I will coach you through and push you to achieve results you can be proud of.

I have also gotten both vaccinations and the booster and take lateral flow tests every morning. I avoid crowded and busy places. Additionally, I sanitise everything that has been used by myself and or clients before and after the session. I ask all clients to stay home and postpone the session if they are having any symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive.

Building strength starts from nailing the movement foundation and then moving on to weights ensuring form is correct. Building muscle requires muscles to work in different ranges of motion for different amounts of time in order to maximise hypertrophy. Whether it is full body or a certain group of muscles that you want to get stronger. I will specialise it to your goals and what you want to achieve ensuring maximum strength gains are made.

Core is very important in everyday life and we should be using it many times daily even when we don’t think we need it. Built up from fundamental exercises, specific core exercises which will build a strong and robust core whilst making daily life easier.

High intensity High calorie burn workout with intense exercises and low intensity short recovery periods. Maximise calorie burn, build endurance and let’s find out what your body can really do.

Circuit training is a series of exercises dependent on your goals set up in a circuit to keep the whole body working physically on muscle strength and endurance.

Functional strength training focuses on exercising several muscles and joints together rather than working a particular muscle or group of muscles independently, resulting in an individual being able to perform daily activities with greater ease.

This manipulates your body weight and gravity into resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability all with one piece of equipment.

Understanding of correct posture and joint movement will improve form and weight training as well as daily life activities. These exercises use and strengthen muscles which are under-used in day to day life.
