Connor is an excellent coach and tailors your training to your personal goals.
He understands form and is incredibly helpful in correcting posture for physical training, whether with weights or body (callisthenics), fasting, and nutrition.
Connor has an excellent understanding of it all and is very supportive.
He will kick you when you need it to get to the gym in a persuasive but always professional manner.
I've had a few Fitness trainers and have been very disappointed spending most of the time on their phones or chatting with others. Connor's sole attention is on you - 10 out of 10

I recently started training with Connor and I am very happy with him, he comes to train me at home although sometimes I like to go to his gym in Shoreditch as it's a gym for PT's only therefore never too busy and hectic like Virgin and other big ones. Connor is just amazing, very innovative with the exercises (some I never did before!) and really precise and correcting my in all movements.
