Pressure washing
Each job is accessed individually with our focus firmly on the customer. Having knowledge of the use of chemicals to improve the performance of pressure washing, these chemicals would be used either before washing, after washing, or a combination of both. Our focus is not only cleaning but striving to ensure that it stays clean as long as possible.
Roof cleaning
The moss is scra
The moss is scraped off the tile using our telescopic poles fitted with an appropriate scraping tool to fit the tile profile.
All gutters and downpipes are cleaned.
Finally spraying the roof with our own chemical based on DDAC which soaks into the tile or slate killing algae, fungi and bacteria. This chemical will continue to work on your roof for up to 12 months cleaning and restoring your roofs original colour although most results will be seen within the first 1 or 2 weeks.
Upvc cleaning, gutter,facias and much much more
Using our own specially developed cleaning compounds, uPVC can be cleaned quickly and easily.
uPVC cleans include the following:
- gutters cleaned internally and externally
- uPVC fascia, soffit boards and downpipes washed down
- window frames and doors washed
- windows washed
Softwashing. Render and roofs
Softwashing has several advantages over pressure washing
1. Chemical stain removal will last longer
2. It is gentle on surfaces that cannot be pressure washed
3. It removes staining that pressure simply cannot deal with
Softwashing is generally used on green, red and black staining. Most staining can be removed within 24 hours.
