Excellent service and communication in getting a tablet battery changed. A fair price for replacement battery and labour and unlike other fix shop inquired about product and spare parts to make sure it was something they could fix before agreeing to the job. Battery was sourced from overseas , which arrived quickly and the replacement done on the day quickly and tested to show working fully as expected. I am very pleased with the service. It took less than 2 hours since I posted the request till I got home with a fixed laptop.
The fee was very reasonable. The shop had the screen in stock, so fixed it in front of me. If it's not urgent the shopkeeper could assist you ordering the original, but I could not wait. Tony was very calm and polite, even offered the chair while I was waiting.
I couldn't recomend it more!
