How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First we need to know our clients dietary requirements, likes and dislikes and what kind of vibe they would like for the event. Then we match each event with one of the thousands of dishes we have perfected in the over 20 years of combined experience Tommy and Sam have together at Cole & Hough.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating bespoke menus that not only taste great but make our clients feel like they aren't just buying a 'package event'. They are helping us to craft for them a unique experience tailored to their preferences.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We learned a lot from working for other events companies but saw some areas where we thought we could make improvements. Over the years we made some fantastic contacts for suppliers, front of house staff and other chefs who now support us to deliver premium events to our customers. When all the pieces came together, we knew it was the right time to go at it ourselves.
