From quotation to the work carried out, the service was fantastic! After having various companies come and quote, Ryan (Cockerell Tree Care) was recommended by a neighbours gardener. He came and was efficient, knowledgeable, approachable, transparent and thorough. When it came to the work Ryan and his team were hard-working, conscientious and also knowledgeable, they were great! We had back garden bushes both sides trimmed/cut back (which was not an easy job as they were over grown and it’s not a small garden) and front bushes, as well as the removal and stump grind two apple trees (one fallen/one dead :( ).

Ryan came to cut down 4 large conifers which were too close to the house. He arrived on time and worked without stopping until the job was completed. He shredded all the bark and chopped the trunks into manageable logs, even ground the roots out and cleared up afterwards.

Ryan of Cockerel tree care is very easy to get along with, conscientious & thoughtful, which comes across in his work. Over the years I have had Ryan remove huge trees from my garden including stump grinding, along with trimming the canopy on others and down to trimming and manicuring my laurels and other bushes. I have tried other tree surgeons and gardeners over the years but now, I would never use anybody else but Ryan and his team. He makes excellent decisions so now I just let him trim away. Hope this helps other people make an informed decision on whether to try them.
