Can’t thank Tom enough for coming out today and fixing our door. Little did we know how close it was to completely breaking. He changed the gearbox, realigned the door and changed the handle and lock. It’s like a new door again! Honestly didn’t think I’d get help with it being a Sunday but he was out first thing! ***** 5Star service*****😃 Made contact with Cobra, sent video to show problem, said he could sort, but he would call out as he could possibly fix rather than just replace, turned up on time, did the job without having to go off site (i. e NO prolonging of the call out time to) also provided a written report on poor condition and installation of bi-fold doors (PVC) so I can send to house developer- could not ask for a better service! Would 100% recommended Cobra! He came out to us within 20 minutes and helped us out of a really sticky situation (after having another locksmith destroy our lock and then to say he couldn't get). Tom got us in through the rear door without causing any damage at all and then changed the front lock with no problem at all. He charged us a very reasonable price too - we're very grateful!
